Job Role: Virtual Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responding to emails and phone calls
Scheduling meetings
Booking travel accommodations
Managing contact lists
Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
Organizing managers’ calendars
Performing market research
Creating presentations, as assigned
Addressing administrative queries from clients
Salary: ?25,000 – ?55,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
